How long does it take to receive my report?

Delivery timelines begin once you've completed your intake form — not from the moment of purchase.

Quick Fix Analysis: delivered within 48 hours of submitting your completed intake form

Mini Audit: delivered the same day as your call, provided your intake form was completed beforehand 

Strategic Marketing Plan: delivered within 5 business days of submitting your completed intake form

Please note: your report can't be prepared without your intake form answers. The questions are designed specifically around your business, so incomplete or missing answers mean we can't move forward with your analysis. If you have any trouble with the form, just reach out and we'll help you get it sorted. 

Do I need to get on a call?

Quick Fix Analysis doesn't include a call — everything is delivered in writing. Mini Audit includes a 20-minute call, and Strategic Marketing Plan includes a 30-minute walkthrough call.

What do I need to prepare?

Just fill out a short intake form after your purchase — it takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on the service. That's all we need to get started.

Which service should I choose?

If you have one specific question or problem, start with the Quick Fix Analysis. If you want a full picture of your brand and marketing, choose the Mini Audit. If you're ready to commit to a complete plan for the next 3–6 months, go with the Strategic Marketing Plan.

Can I move from one service to another later?

Yes — many clients start with the Quick Fix Analysis and continue with the Audit or Strategic Plan once they see what's possible. There's no obligation to continue.

What happens after I receive my report?

You're free to implement everything yourself. If you'd like guidance putting the plan into action, you can also book a follow-up service at any time.
